The Infinity Legion has spent the last decade embroiled in a war in and around Mars and surrounding inter-dimensional portals, leaving only a skeleton crew behind on Earth. While large-scale supervillainy is at a low, petty crime and acts of chaos performed by lower power supernatural criminals happens seemingly everywhere. Many people blame the Infinity Legion for the loss of their property or loved ones.
